RETURNS / EXCHANGES
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
If the item is:
-stain free (makeup and deodorant included)
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-not a clearance item
-not a $1 section item
-within the 30 days of original purchase date
If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return/exchange. Please refer to the Return/Exchange Policy below.
ALL Return/Exchanges will be in the form of a STORE CREDIT (MJM= MONKEY JUNKIE MOOLAH, that will be good for 30 days from the date of your original purchase as all return/exchanges must be completed within 30 days of purchase) that will be applied to your account. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (if applicable), however, Lil Monkey will allow your shipping fees to be added into the store credit. Please submit your receipt to email@example.com along with your name and order # so that we can add that to your credit. If you do not submit your receipt, we cannot add this credit. Returns/exchanges must be postmarked by 14 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return/exchange, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return/exchange for store credit.
All sales on sale/clearance are final sale. No exceptions.

If you have received a defective item, we certainly apologize! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. We will absolutely get you taken care of!
